- A second shower/toilet room, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 1 independent toilet.

• Air conditioned living room (teak dining room), lounge with two sofas, one of which is a sofa-bed (for 1 adult or 2 children under 12) with fireplace (flat screen TV, DVD, Telephon, Stereo, unlimited Wifi internet + cable internet connection, individual safe).

• Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, large fridge / freezer), various small electrical appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner), clothes horse with clothes pegs.

• Laundry room (tumble dryer, washing machine, clothes horse).

• 1st stone terrace equipped with a teak table and chairs, fitted barbecue/fireplace + grill/griddle, teak garden furniture, pergolas, sunshade.
